Definitions and Scope of Agreement

Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the mstar99 platform are processed through designated payment methods. The following conditions apply to all financial activities:

• The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM50;
• The minimum withdrawal is RM100;
• Supported payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH);

mstar99 reserves the right to cancel any bonus or related winnings if the wagering requirements are not met within the specified period, or if there is evidence of promotion abuse. Each promotion may also have additional conditions stated in its specific promotion terms.

VIP Programme and Cashback

Active mstar99 members are eligible to join the VIP programme, which consists of four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.3%;
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.6%;
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.9%;
• Platinum — weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

A member's progression to a higher VIP tier is based on their level of activity and loyalty in using the platform. mstar99 reserves the right to modify the VIP programme terms at any time with reasonable notice given to members.

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

To maintain the integrity of the platform and a fair playing experience for all users, the following are strictly prohibited at mstar99:

• Holding, using or attempting to use more than one account;
• Collaborating with other users to exploit bonuses or manipulate game outcomes;
• Using bots, automated software or any third-party tools that provide an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to hack, attack or disrupt the operation of the platform;
• Using the platform for the purposes of money laundering or financing illegal activities;
• Spreading false or misleading information about the mstar99 platform on any channel;
• Displaying rude, threatening or harassing behaviour towards support staff or other users.

mstar99 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to take appropriate action including account suspension, forfeiture of balances and/or freezing of withdrawals while the investigation is conducted.
